Co-founder Richard White addressed the situation in an email, condemning the personal attacks and stating that WiseTech has zero tolerance for such behavior. Following a handwritten threat directed at Appoo, which included personal details about his family, the company has increased security measures at its Alexandria office and notified the police. White expressed concern over the 'vitriol' seen in group chats and emphasized that the majority of employees would be horrified by these actions.
