The Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB) is set to announce the Class 12 board exam results on April 28, 2026. Students from the science, arts, and commerce streams will be able to access their results online at asseb.in and ahsec.assam.gov.in by entering their roll numbers. The examinations took place from February 11 to March 16 this year, and the results will be provisional, requiring students to collect their original mark sheets from their respective schools. To pass, students must achieve a minimum of 30% in each subject as well as in the aggregate. Those who do not meet this criterion will need to take compartment exams, with dates to be announced shortly. In the previous year, the top positions were secured by Nikhilesh Dutta in Science, Sukanya Kumar in Commerce, and Sankalpjit Saikia in Arts. Notably, girls outperformed boys with a pass percentage of 86.49% across all streams.
