The IEEE TryEngineering OnCampus program has successfully expanded from two to seven universities, offering preuniversity students hands-on engineering experiences. Funded by the IEEE Innovation Committee, the program includes new locations such as the University of Zagreb in Croatia, the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport in Egypt, and Majan University College in Oman. Students aged 10 to 18 participated in various activities, including workshops on artificial intelligence, robotics, and circuit building. For instance, in Oman, 40 high school students engaged in challenges to design circuits, while 50 students in Malaysia explored quantum computational intelligence. The program also saw returning participation from universities in Hong Kong and Greece, where students worked on AI projects and learned about technology careers. Feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing satisfaction with the content and mentorship provided.
