GameStop's CEO, Ryan Cohen, has outlined plans to achieve $2 billion in annual cost reductions within the first year after closing the acquisition. This includes significant cuts to eBay's Sales & Marketing budget, which Cohen argues is not yielding sufficient new users. He also expressed ambitions to transform eBay into a much more valuable entity, potentially worth hundreds of billions of dollars.
