Cipla's consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter of FY26 dropped 55% to ₹554.64 crore, down from ₹1,221.84 crore in the same quarter last year. This decline was attributed to a 2.02% drop in revenue from operations, which fell to ₹6,464.26 crore from ₹6,597.72 crore in Q4 FY25. The company's EBITDA also decreased by 35.18% YoY to ₹997 crore, with the EBITDA margin declining to 15.2% from 22.8% in the previous year. Despite these challenges, Cipla reported a record annual revenue of ₹28,163 crore for FY26, bolstered by a 15% growth in its India business, which reached ₹3,007 crore. However, revenue from North America fell 26% to ₹1,414 crore. The company has a robust cash position of ₹10,526 crore and continues to invest in R&D, allocating ₹509 crore during the quarter.
