However, concerns arose regarding the participation of Persephone and Sareee, both of whom have faced injury issues. Persephone is currently recovering from an injury, while Sareee is on a month-long break due to a neck injury. Despite these setbacks, Tony Khan confirmed during the ROH Supercard of Honor media call that both wrestlers are expected to compete, with their matches likely taking place in June 2026. Additionally, Khan praised Chris Jericho, highlighting his pivotal role in AEW's formation and success, and expressed hope for Jericho to capture the World Championship one last time before retirement.
