Sterlite Technologies (STL), headquartered in New Delhi, reported a consolidated net profit of ₹59 crore for the fourth quarter ending March 31, 2026, marking a significant turnaround from a loss of ₹40 crore in the same quarter the previous year. This positive outcome was driven by a remarkable 110% increase in order intake compared to FY25, particularly from large-scale data center projects in North America, which benefitted from moderated US tariffs. The company's open order book reached ₹7,309 crore, bolstered by telecom projects across key markets including North America, Europe, and India. For the full fiscal year, STL's annual revenue rose by 18.7% to ₹4,745 crore from ₹3,996 crore in FY25. Despite the positive financials, STL expressed concerns over geopolitical tensions in West Asia, which could lead to cost inflation in materials such as helium and polymer-based compounds, potentially impacting profit margins in the near term.
