Giuffre's sister-in-law, Amanda Roberts, emphasized that Giuffre's bravery paved the way for this inquiry, stating it is 'huge' and offers them hope. Thames Valley Police are now assessing multiple claims, including those that mirror Giuffre's accusations, and have broadened their investigation to include potential sexual misconduct and corruption. Evidence has been seized from Andrew's properties, and the police are actively seeking other victims to come forward. This significant development follows Andrew's previous arrest regarding allegations of misconduct while serving as the UK's trade envoy. The police are also in discussions with the Crown Prosecution Service for early investigative advice, indicating that a prosecution could be forthcoming.
