On Wednesday night, a third World War II-era American cylindrical bomb was discovered in the Subarnarekha River at Panipara in Baheragora Block, East Singhbhum, India. This follows the earlier discovery of two similar bombs, each weighing 227 kilograms, found on March 17 and March 24. The Indian Army's bomb detection and disposal squad successfully defused both bombs on March 25. East Singhbhum Deputy Commissioner Karn Satyarthi has requested the Army to send their bomb disposal unit again to safely handle the newly found bomb.
