Actor Sanjay Dutt has officially announced the sequel to the 1993 cult classic 'Khalnayak', titled 'Khalnayak Returns'. The project is backed by Dutt's Three Dimension Motion Pictures and Aksha Kamboj's Aspect Entertainment, who acquired rights from filmmaker Subhash Ghai and Mukta Arts.
