The bank's total deposits grew by 23% year-on-year to ₹152,661 crore. The board has proposed a dividend of ₹1 per equity share for FY26, pending shareholder approval. The bank has also appointed Gaurav Jain as Chief Financial Officer, effective April 27, 2026, who brings extensive experience from his previous roles in global financial institutions.
