Shadowfax Technologies, a leading third-party logistics firm, reported a remarkable financial turnaround in the fourth quarter of FY 2025-26, achieving a net profit of ₹56 crore compared to a net loss of ₹10 crore in the same quarter the previous year. The company's revenue soared by 73.73% year-on-year to reach ₹1,237 crore, driven by robust demand and operational efficiency. For the full fiscal year, Shadowfax reported a net profit of ₹112 crore, a substantial increase from ₹6 crore in FY25. The firm also noted a significant milestone in its operational capacity, delivering 22.6 crore orders, which reflects a 100.8% growth in shipments year-on-year. CEO Abhishek Bansal highlighted that FY26 was pivotal for the company, with a focus on scaling operations and enhancing infrastructure, evidenced by their ₹185 crore investment in capital expenditures for network expansion and automation. This quarter marked the strongest performance in the company's history across revenue, EBITDA, and profit after tax (PAT).
