KD The Devil, directed by Prem, is a vibrant addition to Kannada cinema, showcasing the life of Kalidasa, or KD (played by Dhruva Sarja), an innocent man drawn into the criminal underworld of Bengaluru in the 1980s. The film explores his relationship with his brother Dharma (Ramesh Arvind), who becomes a school teacher, contrasting their paths and leading to tension. The narrative features the notorious gangster Dhak Deva (Sanjay Dutt) and his dangerous partner Satyavati (Shilpa Shetty), as KD finds himself entangled in their world.
