The institutional segment showed robust demand, being subscribed 17 times, while retail interest was relatively low at 0.77 times. Financially, Value 360 has shown improving performance, reporting a total income of ₹55.08 crore and a profit after tax of ₹7.62 crore for the period ending January 31, 2026. The company plans to use the fresh capital for working capital needs, technology and infrastructure expansion, debt repayment, and investment in its influencer marketing platform, ClanConnect.
