The National Knock Out Rose Day celebration takes place tonight in Greenfield, Wisconsin, commemorating the 26th anniversary of the Knock Out Rose, developed by local creator Will Radler. This special event offers a rare opportunity for visitors to explore Radler's private 2-acre garden, showcasing beautiful stone terraces, raised beds, and an extensive stream. Guests can see the trial gardens where the Knock Out family of roses originated, along with a 3-story garden shed featuring an observation deck. The grounds are adorned with numerous sculptures and an elevated koi pond, reflecting Radler's passion for breeding goldfish. The celebration includes fun activities for children, local food trucks at Rose Innovations Park, and a giveaway to win one of three Knock Out shrubs. The event runs from 5 to 8 p.m. tonight, with a minimum donation of $5 per person to support Milwaukee PBS.
