A tragic accident in Laghman province, eastern Afghanistan, has resulted in the deaths of at least 22 people, including 10 children and five women, after a truck carrying Afghan refugees overturned. Additionally, a separate accident in Nuristan province left four passengers missing after their car fell into a river, with rescue efforts underway.
