Between May 2 and May 7, 2026, Cyberabad police conducted 99 decoy operations across its jurisdiction, leading to the arrest of 32 individuals for engaging in indecent behavior in public spaces. The operations were part of a broader initiative by the Women and Child Safety Wing, which reported 42 petty cases registered, while others were counseled. Additionally, the Cyberabad Anti Human Trafficking Unit (AHTU) rescued three victims and arrested six suspects under the Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act (PITA). In a separate initiative, four boys were rescued and four individuals arrested under the Juvenile Justice Act. The police also facilitated counseling for 33 families facing domestic disputes.
