Oracle Financial Services Software experienced a significant boost in its financial performance for the fourth quarter of FY26, with consolidated net profit increasing by 30.72% to ₹841.7 crore compared to the same period last year. Revenue from operations also saw a healthy rise of 20.33%, reaching ₹2,065.2 crore. Profit before tax surged to ₹1,120.1 crore, marking an impressive 33.5% increase year-on-year. The company's operating income grew by 39% to ₹1,049 crore. Segment-wise, revenue from product licenses and related activities rose by 21.41% to ₹1,870.6 crore, while IT solutions and consulting services contributed ₹194.6 crore, reflecting a 10.82% increase. Avadhut Ketkar, the CFO, highlighted the company’s strong deal pipeline, with remaining performance obligations at ₹7,761 crore, up 9.2% from the previous quarter. For the full fiscal year, Oracle Financial Services reported a 10.91% rise in consolidated net profit to ₹2,639.3 crore and a 12% increase in revenue to ₹7,672 crore. The board has approved a second interim dividend of ₹270 per equity share, with the record date set for 7 May 2026 and payment expected by 21 May 2026.
