The Oudh Caterers Association of Uttar Pradesh has announced the OCA Expo 2026, scheduled for July 17-19, 2026, at the Golden Blossom Imperial Resort in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. This significant event aims to establish Lucknow as a central hub for the rapidly growing HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering) sector. The expo is expected to showcase over 200 exhibitors and attract between 2,500 and 3,000 visitors daily. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore innovations in kitchen equipment, food products, and hospitality services across more than 200 stalls. In addition to networking opportunities, the expo will feature seminars and expert-led sessions focusing on food technology, culinary trends, and hospitality management. Renowned chefs and industry experts will participate, alongside government officials who will discuss regulatory frameworks, including GST and taxation. Ajay Tikkha, president of the Oudh Caterers Association, emphasized the expo's goal of strengthening connections within the hospitality ecosystem and fostering innovation.
