On Friday night, Shivani Kumari, a 22-year-old woman from Palasoli village in Pataudi, tragically died after falling from her company bus on the Delhi-Jaipur expressway near Bilaspur, India. The incident occurred between 7:45 PM and 8 PM when the bus was on a flyover near the Old Rao Hotel. According to police, her husband, Dheeraj Kumar, claimed that the driver opened the front door while the bus was moving, causing Shivani to lose her balance and fall beneath the rear wheels of the bus. An FIR has been filed at the Bilaspur police station under sections 106 (causing death by negligence) and 281 (rash driving) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. The driver has not yet been arrested, and the body was handed over to the family after an autopsy.
