Dr. Rubin, with more than 35 years in cancer drug development, previously held a senior leadership position at Merck, where he was instrumental in the development of KEYTRUDA®, the first anti-PD-1 therapy approved in the U.S. Both leaders will contribute their expertise to Natera's strategic initiatives, with Dr. Lynch joining the Human Capital Committee and Dr. Rubin on the Nominating, Corporate Governance and Compliance Committee.
