Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) announced a significant increase in total vehicle sales for April 2026, reaching 94,627 units, a 14% growth compared to the same month last year. This increase was bolstered by strong performance in the Utility Vehicles segment, which saw sales of 56,331 units domestically, marking an 8% rise. In the Farm Equipment sector, tractor sales also performed well, with 46,404 units sold in the domestic market, reflecting a 20% year-on-year increase. The company exported 2,007 tractors, achieving a 30% growth in that segment. Additionally, the commercial vehicle segment reported sales of 3,011 units, growing by 11%. M&M's CEO for the Automotive Division, Nalinikanth Gollagunta, expressed optimism about the company's performance, particularly in the SUV market. The company's consolidated net profit for Q3 FY26 rose by 47%, reaching ₹4,674.64 crore.
