Sybiha described Putin as a 'fanatic' willing to sacrifice his country's future for power, and he stressed that Ukraine's long-range sanctions will intensify, impacting all areas of Russia. Zelensky's open letter to Putin highlighted the significant shift in Ukraine-Russia relations over the past 26 years, emphasizing that the time for peace is now, urging Putin to abandon his delusions of victory on the battlefield.
