A suspected hantavirus outbreak aboard the MV Hondius, a luxury cruise ship off Cape Verde, has resulted in the deaths of three passengers, including a Dutch couple and a German national. Approximately 150 people remain on the ship as medical teams work to evacuate symptomatic individuals.
