The City of Winnipeg is considering a land swap that would allow Futuremark Development, owner of the Pantages Playhouse Theatre, to acquire a strip of land along Main Street. In exchange, Futuremark would provide 565 Watt Street, where they plan to develop approximately 74 affordable housing units.
