The Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) recently lifted its non-cooperative directive against Singh, but the Producers Guild of India has expressed disappointment over the financial repercussions of such exits. The Guild's vice-president, Manish Goswami, announced plans for a meeting to address the situation and encourage an amicable resolution. Should dialogue fail, legal action remains a possibility. Additionally, the Guild aims to establish protocols to protect producers’ interests and prevent similar issues in the future. Despite the ongoing legal battle, the makers of Don 3 have ensured that all payments to pre-production staff have been cleared to avoid loss of livelihood. The Guild has warned that disruptive behavior could lead to serious consequences for industry members, impacting credibility and the livelihoods of many technicians and crew members.
