Priya Mohan has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of JoulesToWatts (J2W), a firm specializing in AI transformation and consulting for the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. With over 20 years of experience in investment and enterprise technology, Mohan aims to enhance J2W's operations by overseeing the entire AI implementation lifecycle, from diagnostics to outcome delivery. Previously, she was a partner at General Catalyst, where she focused on the GCC ecosystem and enterprise AI. Mohan's insights into the operational challenges of AI in enterprises will be crucial for J2W's mission to help organizations scale their transformation efforts. Founded in 2015 by Priti Sawant, J2W has collaborated with more than 330 GCCs and employs approximately 5,800 professionals across nine countries. The GCC sector in India is rapidly expanding, currently employing nearly 1.9 million professionals and projected to grow to $125 billion in exports in the coming years.
