He expressed his goal to improve this score to 4.9 by adopting better habits, such as being punctual and showing respect to drivers. Khosrowshahi emphasized the importance of maintaining a good rating, as riders with excessively low scores may face bans from the platform. He shared that small actions, like asking permission to use a phone or avoiding slamming car doors, contribute to a positive experience. His rating has seen a slight improvement from 4.81 in 2025 to the current 4.83. Khosrowshahi noted that while some drivers recognize him, he does not receive special treatment regarding his rating.
