The 71-year-old actor, known for his roles in films like Die Hard, stepped back from acting after his health issues became public. In an interview with The Inside Edit, Rumer reflected on how her relationship with her father has changed, revealing a softer and more emotional side of Bruce that contrasts with his on-screen persona as a 'macho dude.' She expressed her gratitude for the time they still have together, especially given that many of her friends have lost their parents. Rumer stated, 'I'm so grateful that I get to go see him,' highlighting the sweetness and tenderness she now sees in him. Bruce Willis was first diagnosed with aphasia in 2022, which affects communication, and later received the FTD diagnosis in 2023.
