The OFS opened for non-retail investors on June 2, 2026, while the retail window will open on June 3, 2026, allowing retail investors to bid for 6,02,70,210 shares, representing 10% of the total offer. The base offer size was also doubled, increasing from 30,13,51,044 to an additional 30,13,51,044 shares. Despite the rise in share price, analysts indicate that NHPC is in a weak-to-neutral technical position, with immediate support levels near ₹72-73 and resistance around ₹78-80. A sustained move above ₹80 is deemed necessary for a potential recovery.
