On Tuesday, Gurgaon Police, alongside civic authorities, demolished illegal structures tied to the Kaushal Chaudhary gang, specifically targeting two rooms and a shed near the Sector 1 fire station in Pataudi, Gurgaon district, Haryana, India. The accused, Narendra alias Monu and Pradeep alias Parle, both from Janaula village, had illegally occupied a green belt and obstructed a major road. Police records indicate that Pradeep is involved in 13 criminal cases, while Narendra has 21. This demolition was part of a wider initiative to reclaim public land from individuals with criminal backgrounds and disrupt the economic activities of organized crime syndicates. Previous operations have targeted properties linked to Chaudhary and his associates, who are accused of exploiting vulnerable populations by establishing illegal slums and running an illegal dairy as a front for their criminal enterprises. The police ensured heavy deployment at the demolition sites to maintain order, and similar operations are planned to continue addressing land encroachment and organized crime in the area.
