Concurrently, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has released its list of 11 candidates, which features prominent leaders and strategists from various states, including Tai Tagak from Arunachal Pradesh and several representatives from Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh. The Election Commission previously notified the public about the biennial elections for 24 Rajya Sabha seats from ten states, with the nomination filing process starting and concluding on June 8. This election cycle is crucial for both parties as they seek to enhance their representation in the Upper House.
