Tyce Van Orden was instrumental in the win, throwing a five-inning three-hitter while also driving in two runs. The Lions showcased a powerful offense, combining 10 hits with seven walks and four hit batters from Libby's pitching staff. The game began with Eureka capitalizing on two errors, leading to two-run singles from Logan Cuffe and Colter White in the first inning. Despite a brief response from Libby, which included two runs, the Lions pulled ahead with four more runs in the second inning, highlighted by Cuffe's RBI single that made the score 8-2. Rogan Lytle further extended the lead with a two-run single in the fifth inning. Lytle scored four times during the game, while Cuffe had three hits and Tristan Libby also crossed home plate three times for Eureka. For the Loggers, Boe Miles and Hunter Rooney contributed with RBIs. Libby's next game is scheduled against Columbia Falls.
