In 2025, Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) reported a remarkable 628 million transactions completed digitally, reflecting a 13% growth from the previous year. The revenue generated through these digital channels reached Dh5.3 billion, representing a 20.6% increase. With a digital service adoption rate of 96%, customer satisfaction soared to 98%. The RTA is advancing its digital transformation by integrating artificial intelligence and predictive analytics to enhance service delivery. Notably, the usage of RTA's mobile applications surged by over 40%, with 1.2 million active users and 68 million annual visits, a 144% increase from 2024. The authority introduced 18 new services through its app and improved the S’hail app, which consolidates various transport services. Additionally, smart kiosks across Dubai saw over one million transactions, contributing more than Dh425 million in revenue. RTA's commitment to expanding digital services aligns with Dubai's vision of becoming one of the world's smartest cities.
