The court found that the husband, a practicing advocate, had concealed a previous maintenance order in his favor and misappropriated personal loans taken from his wife's salary for personal luxuries, including alcohol. The couple, married on May 18, 2019, faced disputes shortly after marriage, leading to multiple litigations. The wife, employed as an additional private secretary, was burdened with repaying loans fraudulently taken by her husband. The court mandated that the husband pay the fine within six weeks and directed the district magistrate in Etawah to recover the amount as arrears of land revenue if not paid. Additionally, an inquiry into the husband's assets was ordered to ensure compliance with the court's terms.
