This decision comes as it becomes evident that the court case could extend for years, with a potential ruling not expected until early 2027. Sandilands aims to resolve the matter swiftly to return to broadcasting, either with ARN or through a new show titled 'Kyle Sandilands Live'. ARN, a publicly traded company, is also motivated to settle due to concerns over its declining share price, which plummeted from 60 cents to a low of 18.5 cents following the cancellation of 'The Kyle & Jackie O Show'. In a show of support for his former colleagues, Sandilands has hired several staff members affected by the redundancies at ARN to work at his media company, King Kyle. He emphasized the importance of supporting his team during this challenging time.
