The company posted a standalone net profit of ₹27.35 crore, compared to a net loss of ₹26.24 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year. Revenue from operations surged by 25.79% to reach ₹429.06 crore, driven primarily by strong growth in its International Formulations Business and steady performance in its API & Services segments. The profit before tax for the quarter was ₹27.62 crore, a significant improvement from a pre-tax loss of ₹30.90 crore in Q4 FY25. On a consolidated basis, Indoco recorded a net loss of ₹23.68 crore, reduced from a loss of ₹41.34 crore in the previous year. The company's consolidated revenue also grew by 18.75% to ₹455.9 crore. For the entire fiscal year, Indoco's revenue stood at ₹1,633.5 crore, up from ₹1,494.8 crore the previous year, with an EBITDA of ₹157.2 crore.
