Jim's Group, which has expanded to over 5,700 franchises across various services, has categorically denied the allegations, labeling the case as 'doomed to fail'. The company asserts that Aloi's claims are based on flawed logic, as he seeks a pro rata bonus for the 2024-25 financial year after dropping earlier claims for unpaid bonuses. The court has permitted Aloi to amend his claims, emphasizing the need to clarify the issues at stake. Jim Penman, the founder of Jim's Group, contends that Aloi was promoted after raising concerns and insists that the company will vigorously contest the allegations.
