Google India has leased about 617,000 square feet of office space at Atrium Place in Gurugram, agreeing to pay a total of ₹671 crore over five years. This translates to a monthly rent of around ₹10.55 crore, with the lease rate set at ₹171 per square foot. The agreement, which includes a 15% rent escalation every three years, commenced on October 1, 2025, and covers floors two to 16 of the commercial tower. This leasing decision follows Google's earlier commitments, including a lease of 550,000 square feet from TableSpace and a renewal of 870,000 square feet in East Bengaluru. The demand for premium office spaces in Gurugram is on the rise, as seen with Airbnb's recent lease of 46,437 square feet in DLF Cyber City. Market analysts highlight that technology firms are increasingly opting for long-term leases at rates exceeding ₹130 per square foot, signaling a robust demand for Grade A commercial infrastructure in India.
