TikTok user Alex Sanderson shared his near-miss experience of almost appearing on the ITV dating show. After progressing through auditions, psychological assessments, and medical checks, he was flown to Mallorca as a potential contestant. While waiting to enter the villa, Alex was given the code name 'Dumbo', which he humorously noted was fitting for him. He mentioned that other contestants had similar Disney aliases, including 'Sully' and 'Dory'. This system is used to keep identities confidential while contestants are transported around Mallorca. Although Alex was recognized by fellow passengers during his flight, leading to speculation about his participation, he ultimately did not enter the villa.
