She described the Nari Shakti Vandan Act as a significant reform that guarantees 33% reservation for women in legislative bodies, enabling them to voice their concerns and influence policymaking. Gupta addressed the topic of delimitation, clarifying that it aims to improve representation by redrawing constituency boundaries based on demographic changes. She highlighted the need for coordination among the Centre, states, and local bodies to ensure effective governance, focusing on key areas such as connectivity, cleanliness, and ease of doing business. Citing Delhi's achievements, Gupta noted the expansion of public transport, including over 4,300 electric buses, and the goal to transition to an entirely electric public transport system by 2028. She called for greater engagement of women in politics, stating that their empowerment positively impacts families and society as a whole.
