A city court in Chandigarh has instructed the Station House Officer (SHO) to provide the necessary prosecution sanction for three individuals arrested in connection with the recovery of RDX and firearms in Sector 39. This order was issued during a hearing in the case titled State vs Jobanjit Singh alias Billa and others.
