The Prime Minister's remarks followed reports that the number of British Jews emigrating to Israel is at a 40-year high, reflecting growing concerns within the community. Community leaders, including Phil Rosenberg, president of the Board of Deputies of British Jews, welcomed Starmer's commitment, emphasizing the urgency of addressing antisemitism in the UK.
