vivo has officially launched its V70 Lite smartphone in the UAE, which showcases a familiar design and specifications similar to its predecessor, the V60 Lite. The most significant upgrade is the inclusion of the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Turbo chip, which features ARM Cortex-A78 performance cores clocked at 2.6 GHz, a slight increase from the previous model's 2.5 GHz. The V70 Lite comes with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and offers storage options of 128GB or 256GB using UFS 3.1 technology. It boasts a 6.77-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, capable of achieving peak brightness levels of 3,000 nits. Photography capabilities include a 50MP main camera (IMX882) with an f/1.8 aperture and an 8MP ultrawide lens, alongside a 32MP front camera. The device is powered by a robust 6,500mAh battery supporting 90W wired charging and runs on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. The V70 Lite is available in black and gold, with a starting price of AED 1,099 ($299) for the 8GB/128GB variant, and AED 1,299 ($354) for the 8GB/256GB version.
