He revealed that he struggles to support a steady income and cannot afford an important prescription due to his multiple sclerosis (MS) diagnosis in 2014. His contributions have been significant, with many tech media outlets relying on his leaks over the years. This is not the first time Blass has stepped away; he previously retired the account in 2014 for similar reasons. Moving forward, he will shift his social media presence to Instagram under the handle @EvanBlass, where he hopes to maintain connections and seek support through donations.
