For the full fiscal year, the company achieved a net profit of ₹3,030 crore, which is a 5.2% decline year-on-year, while revenue surged by 44% to ₹83,855 crore. The company’s board has proposed a final dividend of ₹4 per share, pending shareholder approval. Girish Wagh, Managing Director and CEO, noted that FY26 was pivotal for the commercial vehicles sector, with sales surpassing pre-FY19 levels, aided by GST reforms and infrastructure investments. He expressed confidence in the company's ability to maintain momentum through customer-focused solutions, despite potential market challenges. The company’s stock closed at ₹384.35, down 0.74% on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
