Last week marked a significant downturn for crypto exchange-traded products (ETPs), with total outflows reaching $1.47 billion as investors adopted a risk-off approach. The United States was the most affected region, reporting $1.43 billion in outflows, which included $1.26 billion from U.S.-listed spot Bitcoin ETFs. This trend reversed the previous week’s relative stability observed in European markets. Overall, total assets under management in crypto ETPs stood at approximately $148.7 billion, with Bitcoin funds accounting for 80% of this total at $120.2 billion. Other countries also experienced outflows, including Switzerland at $16.2 million and Canada at $12.5 million. In contrast, the Netherlands recorded inflows of $6.6 million, while Australia saw a smaller inflow of $700,000. This shift in investment sentiment highlights the growing caution among investors in the crypto market amid broader economic uncertainties.
