Chandler Fashion Center, located in Chandler, Arizona, is set to undergo a major transformation aimed at enhancing the shopping experience based on community preferences. General Manager Monica Greenman stated that the goal is to introduce retailers that cater to local desires, creating a unique experience for the East Valley. Notable new additions include Johnny Rockets and Popeyes, which will join the food court this summer, while J. Crew Factory has already opened. Excitement is building for Seafood City, with many community members inquiring about its opening. Significant changes are taking place on the south side of the mall, which will see a complete rebuild, including new patio spaces and a relocated splash pad. The highlight of the renovations will be the introduction of Din Tai Fung, which will occupy a 14,000 square foot space, alongside the first Wagyu House in the market. Greenman envisions the mall as more than just a shopping destination, aiming to create a vibrant hub for community events and activities. All new additions are expected to be completed by September 2027.
