Bandai Namco Entertainment has officially announced the 'Super Limit-Breaking NEO' expansion for Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO, set to launch in Summer 2026. This major downloadable content will introduce over 30 new playable characters, including fan favorites like Super 17, Bardock (Super Saiyan), and Champa, enhancing the game's roster significantly. Players can look forward to four new battle stages that recreate iconic locations such as Kami’s Palace and the Stratosphere on Planet Vegeta.

The expansion will also introduce two exciting new game modes: the Limit Breaker Journey, a solo adventure that allows players to engage in story-driven challenges, and Survival Mode, where players face waves of enemies in various formats. Additionally, there will be over 20 new customization options, including costumes and Super Attacks, allowing for tailored gameplay experiences. Developers promise updates to the combat system and quality-of-life improvements, although full details are yet to be revealed.
