Kuldeep Kumar, an Indian pole vaulter from Madhya Pradesh, broke the men's national pole vault record by clearing 5.41 meters at the inaugural Indian Indoor Open Combined Events and Pole Vault Competition held in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
